At Bonterra Resort we believe that the most loyal customers who have trusted our campsite the most over the years deserve recognition and thanks from us.
That is why we have created Bonterra Club, an exclusive selection for those customers who meet certain requirements and who will enjoy certain advantages with regard to their stay.
From January 2021, those customers who meet any of the following conditions will become part of Bonterra Club:
- Customers staying at Bonterra Resort since 2017 for at least 3 consecutive years:
- In the winter season (September to June), stays must have been for at least 30 days to be eligible for membership.
- For the summer season (July and August), stays must be at least 7 nights.
Bonterra Club benefits include the following, to which new ones may be added in the future:
- Benefits during the winter season:
- Choice of the number of accommodation or plot as long as the stay is a minimum of 80 nights.
- Cancellation free of charge if cancelled at least 7 days in advance.
- Benefits during the summer season:
- Accommodation customers:
- Choice of number as long as the stay is a minimum of 7 nights according to our availability.
- Cancellation free of charge as long as cancelled at least 14 days in advance.
- Pitch customers:
- Choice of number as long as the stay is a minimum of 7 nights during July and 14 nights during August.
- Possibility to book without paying a deposit.
- Cancellation free of charge if cancelled at least 7 days in advance.
- Accommodation customers:
Please note
- Bookings in the winter season may comprise a total of 80 nights throughout the calendar year. In other words, the number of nights of the two stays can be added up to 80, with the possibility of choosing the number of nights for both stays.
- In the case of stays at the end of one year and the beginning of another, they will be counted as a single booking, and cannot be added to other stays that may be made during the year.
Ending your membership of the Club
Membership of Bonterra Club will be lost if any of the following situations occur:
- After two consecutive cancellations.
- Failure to comply with the minimum number of nights after taking advantage of the benefits.
- Not staying at the campsite for 2 years in a row.
- Not respecting or complying with the campsite regulations during the stay.
Bonterra Resort annually reviews the status of customers who become members of Bonterra Club and informs them of this.
