Aspects to take into account in the Resort

ACCESS

  • Access to the campsite and the use of its services is reserved for those who have booked their stay there.
  • Pets are allowed with a maximum of 2. In the months of July and August they must be placed in the plots designated for this purpose, and they are not allowed in the accommodations.

REGISTRATION

  • All campers must sign the registration form at the reception office upon arrival, indicating the exact number of people, tents, caravans and any other elements subject to a fee. Failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate expulsion. A copy of the agreement will be sent to the client.
  • Any modification of the stated must be communicated to the reception desk immediately. Otherwise, objects or persons that are no longer part of the stay cannot be deducted from the total bill.
  • The holder of the registration form is responsible for all acts and damages that may be caused by them and/or their companions.
  • In order to prevent outsiders from accessing the campsite and to ensure the safety of our customers, we will ask you for your vehicle registration number so that the barriers can open automatically. You will also be given an identification bracelet that you must wear during your stay.

PROHIBITION AGAINST THE PLACING OF PERMANENT ELEMENTS AND AWNINGS

  • It is expressly forbidden for customers to set up elements that do not match the temporary, proper and usual use of the stay in the campsites and/or damage the tourist image of the campsite. It is forbidden to set up floors, fences, sinks, electrical appliances and any other element that by its setting conveys an image of permanence at the campsite.
  • The setting up of awnings on the pitches is allowed as long as they do not damage the trees or the facilities of the campsite. The Direction has the right to request their removal if they are considered unsuitable.

PAYMENT OF STAY/DEPARTURE

  • Stays must always be paid in advance.
  • The invoice will be sent by mail once full payment has been made.
  • The accommodation will be checked on departure, and in case of damage due to misuse, the amount must be paid at reception.
  • Accommodation must be left before 11 a.m. and pitches before 5 p.m. A supplement will be charged for later check-out.

PITCHES

  • Opening hours are from 7:00 am until 9:00 pm or 21:30 pm. Clients with a booking will be able to access until 00 h.
  • The arrival of bookings will be from 5 p.m. onwards, except in cases where the pitch is already available.
  • The maximum pitch capacity is as follows:
    • Premium and Deluxe pitches: 5 people. The following options, mutually exclusive, are permitted: 4 tents or 3 tents with a vehicle or A vehicle and caravan or A motorhome.
    • Comfort Pitch: 4 people. The following options are mutually exclusive: 3 tents or 2 tents with one vehicle or One vehicle and caravan or One motorhome. All elements must fit within the boundaries of the pitch.
  • Under no circumstances two cars or vans are allowed to be parked on the pitch.
  • The campsite reserves the right to allocate pitches during some periods of high demand.
  • You will only be able to move into your pitch once you have a signed pitch agreement which specifies the number of the pitch.
  • It is strictly forbidden to change the pitch assigned to you on arrival without prior authorisation from the staff.
  • Campers are not allowed to stay on the campsite without an overnight accommodation unit: tent, caravan or camping-car.
  • The reservation of pitches is subject to availability and is only possible for members of the Bonterra Club or against payment of a supplement, as long as the minimum number of nights stipulated for this purpose is met.
  • There is no guarantee of the availability of the pitch booked by mail before 5:00 pm.

ACCOMMODATIONS

  • Arrival time is from 17:00 to 21:00 or 21:30. Clients with a booking will be able to arrive until 00 h.
  • You may only occupy your accommodation after you have received the keys at reception.
  • No tents of any kind may be pitched in front of the accommodation.
  • No more mattresses or sheets may be provided than those already provided.
  • Sheets and towels will be changed weekly if requested by the client.
  • The total number of people occupying the accommodation during the stay must be registered on the day of arrival.
  • The booking of specific accommodation is subjected to availability and is only possible for members of the Bonterra Club or by the payment of a supplement as long as the minimum number of nights stipulated for this purpose is met.
  • In the event that your arrival is later than the booked date and/or your departure is earlier, you must pay the full amount of the booked stay.

VISITS

  • The use and enjoyment of the campsite facilities is exclusively for clients who have booked their stay at the campsite. Guests must come with the booking holder and pay the indicated amount.
  • At the end of their visit, all guests must go to reception to communicate their departure from the campsite.

VEHICLES

  • The speed of vehicles must never exceed 10 km/h.
  • From 00h to 7h the circulation of vehicles is forbidden.
  • It is not allowed the entry in the campsite to any vehicle that is not registered.
  • Loading and unloading with vehicles will take a maximum of half an hour.
  • For safety reasons it is forbidden to use bicycles, skateboards, scooters or electric scooters after 22h.

REST HOURS

  • Rest hours are between 00h and 8h, and behaviour must be adapted to these hours. In order not to disturb the neighbours, TVs, radios and other sound devices must have a low volume, and under no circumstances will they operate from 00h to 8h.

FOUNTAINS

  • The fountains at the campsite are drinking water fountains, therefore they are for drinking use only.
  • For clear reasons of health, it is not allowed to use the fountains for any other type of personal cleansing (washing clothes, kitchen utensils, feet, slippers, etc.), nor to empty any type of substances (chemical toilets, food waste, etc.). We have specific points throughout the campsite for this purpose.

WASTEWATER

  • Waste water may not be disposed of into the ground for clear reasons of health and for the preservation of trees and plants. Only the chemical toilets in the sanitary blocks are intended for this purpose.
  • The campsite has a special toilet for motorhomes.
  • When disposing in the chemical toilets, suitable products must be used to avoid blockages and bad smells.

CAR WASHING

  • The campsite has an appropriate place for washing cars. It is forbidden to wash them outside the specified place.
  • Tents may only be washed in the car wash.

GAMES AND ANIMATION

  • In order to avoid disturbing other campers, these activities will be carried out in the areas set aside for this purpose.
  • Children under 5 years of age must be supervised by an adult when taking part in the animation activities.
  • If a parent/guardian does not want their child to leave alone during and/or at the end of the activity, the monitor must be notified.

BARBECUES

  • The use of barbecues is authorised on the site, always respecting the neighbours. No fires may be built directly on the ground or artificial grass.
  • Charcoal barbecues are not permitted in the accommodation, but only electric barbecues.

WASTE

  • Garbage shall be deposited in the containers intended for this purpose and never on the pitches, streets or on the grass.

INSURANCE

  • The campsite is not responsible for objects and valuables not stored in the safety deposit boxes at the reception. The campsite is not liable for any damage for which it is not directly responsible (e.g. damage caused by tree resin, ants or similar, rain, wind, etc.).
  • The campsite cannot be held responsible if the client’s vehicle is damaged by hitting a kerb, tree, branch, etc.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SUPPLY

  • Only the campsite maintenance staff are authorised to check faults.
  • For safety reasons, the meter doors must always remain closed.
  • Electrical cables must have an earth connection and must be properly insulated.
  • Outdoor splicing is not permitted.
  • Each site has only one electrical socket.
