QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT POLICY

With over 55 years of history, BONTERRA RESORT offers tourist services in camping pitches and bungalows. Our location has great touristic value, in the heart of Benicàssim and just 500 meters away from the best beaches on the Costa Azahar.

Our company maintains a leadership position within our sector in Europe, thanks to the high quality of our facilities and services, and thanks to the ability of our entire human team to listen and understand the concerned parties, in order to respond as soon as possible with tangible actions and strategies.

Within the framework of this commitment, all our actions are governed by a “Quality and Environmental Management Policy”, based on the following principles:

1. Implement and maintain a management system following the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, and the Q of Qualitur, in order to improve its effectiveness continuously.

2. Establish, maintain and improve processes whose proper development and control contribute to guaranteeing the concerned parties a product and service in accordance with ethically correct patterns, procedures, and standards, to obtain the best result in terms of hospitality.

3. Maintain conduct of permanent adaptation to compliance with sectoral and labour legislation, and the applicable environmental regulations.

4. Promote the conservation of the environment with the concerned parties and human teams through a permanent updating of procedures, in order to minimize environmental impacts, prevent pollution and optimize the management of natural resources. Raise awareness among both internal and external staff with appropriate environmental behaviour through training in good environmental practices.

5. Promote among our employees the knowledge and the responsibility towards the needs and expectations of the concerned parties. Involve all people, integrating new ideas and reaching a high degree of commitment that allows us to feel satisfied and proud, thus having repercussions on our well-being and that of our clients.

6. Continuously train all the personnel involved in our activities, improving their skills. Motivate the detection of opportunities for improvement, encourage consultation and active participation of the staff.

7. Assign the necessary resources to achieve the goals that are approved within the framework of this policy and periodically monitor them, through the indicators proposed for this purpose, to ensure continuous improvement.
