How can you book?
To make your reservation, you can either visit our website at www.bonterraresort.com or email us at reserva@bonterraresort.com . Our team will be happy to help you find the perfect place for your tent, caravan, campervan or motorhome or your ideal accommodation in either a log cabin or villa.
How to process the booking?
Through the website, in the booking section, you just have to follow the steps and make the payment of the deposit.
If you request a reservation by email, you will have to be patient. We will receive many booking requests on the same day, so it may take us a little longer to respond. Once we process your booking, you will receive an email with the pre-booking information and how to proceed with the payment. Please note that it is not necessary to pay the deposit on the same day, but you have 7 days to make the payment and we will hold the pre-booking for you.
What kind of plots do we offer?
We have a wide variety of plots to suit all needs:
– Comfort pitch, the smallest of the campsite with a capacity between 55 and 75 m2.
– Premium Pitch, the most popular on the campsite, between 80 and 90 m2.
– Deluxe Pitch, the largest on the campsite, between 100 and 150 m2.
All of them have a gravel floor, trees, which provide shade in summer and allow the sun to enter in winter when the leaves fall, separation by hedges and water and electricity connection. As you can see, we have everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
What type of accommodation do we have?
We have two different types of accommodation, the wooden chalets and the construction villas.
On the one hand, the chalets have a maximum capacity for 4 people and we can find four different types:
– Chalet Aloe, the smallest, ideal for couples. It has 49 m2 and two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 150×190 cm and the other with bunk beds of 80×190 cm. It also has a kitchen-dining room, a complete bathroom and an outside porch.
– Chalet Melia, with a terrace overlooking the main street, which has 52m2 and two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 150×190 cm and the other with L-shaped bunk beds of 90×190 cm. It also has a kitchen-dining room, a complete bathroom and an outside porch.
– Chalet Olivo, with a garden at the back with two sun loungers, has 52m2 and two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 150×190 cm and the other with L-shaped bunk beds of 90×190 cm. It also has a kitchen-dining room, a complete bathroom and an outside porch.
– Chalet Palmito, the largest, is 55m2 and has two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 150×190 cm and the other with separate beds of 90×190 cm. It also has a kitchen-dining room, a complete bathroom and an outside porch.
On the other hand, we have construction villas with a maximum capacity of 7 people:
– Villa Jazmín, the closest to the swimming pools, has 70m2 and has two bedrooms with separate beds of 90×190 cm and a loft on the top floor with 3 single beds also of 90×190 cm. They also have a kitchen-dining room, full bathroom, outdoor terrace and garden area with sun loungers.
– Villa Lavanda, the furthest from the pool area, is 70m2 and has two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 150×190 cm and the other with separate beds of 90×190 cm and a loft on the upper floor with 3 single beds also of 90×190 cm. They also have a kitchen-dining room, full bathroom, outdoor terrace and garden area with sun loungers.
What services and facilities do we offer?
At Bonterra Resort we strive to offer an unforgettable camping experience. We have a wide range of services and facilities, including swimming pool, restaurant, playgrounds, toilets and showers, laundry, wifi connection, hairdresser, beauty salon, gym, bike rental, petanque court, electric car charging, car wash and entertainment. All this all year round as we do not close for the season.
