We regret to report that the Bonterra Park campsite has been forced to close its doors since Saturday, March 21. The publication of Order SND / 257/2020 of the Ministry of Health this Thursday, March 19, has declared “the suspension of opening of tourist accommodation establishments to the public” nationwide for a period of one week.

Cancellations of reservations and contact routes

From Bonterra Park we are handling all cancellations as quickly as possible but we ask for understanding and patience to all those clients with reservations scheduled for the coming weeks. We will get in touch with everyone in the next few days.

Despite keeping our facilities closed, part of our staff will continue to be active and responding, as far as possible, to all the doubts and claims that may come through our different channels.

The customer service hours will be from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
