Bonterra Park reopens its doors on the 19th of June. After the last months in which we have been in check worldwide, we are happy to announce our reopening and our availability to receive all the happy campers very soon, from our regular customers for many years to the new ones who want to move around the country this year, enjoy the sea and relax with their partners and children.

We have lived through very hard times and this situation has forced us to close for several months for the first time in 18 years. However, along with the intention of always looking forward, we have remained very positive and encouraged with the return of Bonterra, working from the very beginning to prepare our campsite for its reopening.

Bonterra prepares to open its doors

During these weeks you have written and called us to ask us about all the measures that we are going to take at our campsite to maintain the hygiene and safety of the facilities, clients and employees. We know that this is the main concern when making your reservation for summer 2020. Therefore, we are 100% immersed in it. From the 19th of June we will have everything ready so that in every moment of your stay you feel that you can enjoy your holidays with tranquillity and relax, so you can trust us when booking your stay.

Bonterra Park has created a management committee that is studying each corner of the campsite in order to prepare a contingency plan and specifically define all the actions and measures to be taken, always following the instructions and recommendations of the State and current legislation.

Bonterra team

Our employees will be protected at all times and will maintain the distance and security protocols between themselves and with the customers.

We are also taking training courses on prevention and measures to take in this new situation.

Lodgings

The lodgings and pitches will be cleaned and disinfected after each check-out. There will be even a day of separation and further disinfection between the check-out of some clients and the check-in of the following.

Facilities

The different common areas will be disinfected and we will control the capacity; the toilet blocks will be disinfected with micro-spray equipment a minimum of 6 times a day, and the outdoor areas will also receive their daily maintenance and disinfection.

Customers

All the customers will have information on rules and tips for the campsite that you will receive by email before your arrival and that will be given to you upon check-in at Bonterra Park. In addition, there will be new digital communication systems to avoid unnecessary face-to-face contacts as well as signage and specific information that you will find in the lodgings, common areas and at the information points of the campsite.
