What is the Recuperem Turisme voucher and who is it for?
The Recuperem Turisme voucher is a programme designed to stimulate domestic demand, specifically for people affected by and residing in municipalities impacted by the October 2024 DANA in the Valencian Community (municipalities that must be included in Annex I of the resolution announcing the BONO VIAJE Programme grants).

Official dates and amounts (2025)
- Application period: From 10 a.m. on 12 May 2025 to 10 a.m. on 28 November 2025, by appointment, to apply for the grant via the programme website: bonoviajecv25.gva.es
- Period of validity: You can use the voucher from 26 May 2025 to 22 December 2025, subject to availability and provided the establishment is participating in the programme.
- Amount of the subsidy: 100% of the cost of eligible services. Maximum of 350 euros and with a minimum reservation of 2 (consecutive) nights in tourist accommodation throughout the Valencian Community.
Requirements for beneficiaries
- Be of legal age: you must be of legal age to apply for the voucher.
- Be registered as a resident in a municipality affected by the DANA: your municipality of residence must be listed in Annex I of the official programme announcement.
- Be up to date with your tax and social security obligations: it is essential that you have no outstanding debts with either the tax authorities or social security.
How to apply for the voucher step by step (without getting lost)
- Visit the official website: go to the programme’s website at bonoviajecv25.gva.es and make an appointment to register.
- Start the registration process: once you have your appointment, return to the website on the day of your appointment and you will find the link to apply for the subsidy. Fill in and attach all the necessary documentation. Once your application has been approved, you will receive a promotional code.
- Formalise your booking: once you receive your code, you will have 10 working days to book your holiday with participating accommodation providers and agencies.

Remember: all payments related to your booking must be made by bank card or bank transfer (if the arrival date allows it). It is essential that the holder of the payment method (card or bank account) ALWAYS matches the beneficiary of the voucher.
