Thanks to all the clients who have visited us during this summer



Bonterra Park wishes to dedicate today’s article to all the clients who have spent a part of their holidays in our campsite, since our reopening on 20th June.

This year has been significantly different from previous ones and we know how challenging has been to leave your homes and to put your trust in us.

As we have repeatedly stated during these months, safety has become our main goal and so far, we can proudly say that all our measures have been successfully observed in all the facilities by our staff and, most of all, thanks to your cooperation.

All the clients in our pitches, chalets and bungalows have shown an enormous respect for their neighbours and for the observance of these measures.

Your loyalty during more than three decades and, above all, in this difficult year for all of us, has shown the great customers we have and that we truly are a big family. In these tough days you have trusted us, to the point the Councillorship for Tourism in Benicàssim has rewarded you for this loyalty.

We should remember the words from the Councillor Cristina Fernández this last 21st of August when she visited Bonterra Park with the expert area, Mercedes Lozano: “This unusual summer, you have chosen Benicàssim as your holiday destination. Therefore, the city council wishes to express its gratitude for your loyalty with this present, a loyalty which also highlights the quality and variety of our accommodations”.

Your vote of confidence to our campsite in Benicàssim during this 2020 summer has been very special for us. Moreover, many of you have pointed out how your expectations about the facilities, services and safety have been greatly exceeded.

We are very grateful to all of you and we hope you have discovered a safe, quiet and fun way of enjoying your holidays from now on.

Henceforth, our campsite starts working to welcome all the customers who wish to spend with us their fall-winter holidays and to prepare a lot of news and improvements that will reinforce your decision to repeat the experience in a promising 2021.

Condiciones de reserva

Estancias mínimas

Consultar estancias mínimas de reserva según temporada.


Las condiciones de reserva son las siguientes:

  • Alojamientos: 25% del importe total de la estancia al formalizar la reserva.
  • Parcelas: 25% del importe total de la estancia al formalizar la reserva.

El resto será abonado a la llegada. Las reservas se confirmarán cuando se reciba el depósito anteriormente mencionado.

Bonterra Resort se compromete a reservar un tipo de parcela o alojamiento, pero nunca uno en concreto.

Las reservas de parcelas se realizarán para un mínimo de dos personas.


Debido a la situación actual, la devolución del depósito de la reserva se realizará como se detalla a continuación: se reembolsará el 90% del deposito siempre que se notifique con 24h o más de antelación a la llegada. En caso de cancelación por motivos de restricciones se podrá reembolsar hasta el 100% del deposito. En todos los casos podrán solicitar guardar el 100% del deposito para utilizarlo en otra reserva hasta finales del próximo año. 


La reserva que no llegue el día previsto, se mantendrá durante 24 horas. A partir de este momento, la reserva se considerará nula, excepto previo aviso por escrito.

Booking conditions

Minimum stay
Please check minimum stay requirements depending on the season.

Booking conditions are as follows:
Lodging: 25 % of total price on formalizing the booking. Pitches: 25% of total price on formalizing the booking. The rest is to be paid on arrival.

Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of the above-mentioned deposit. 
Bonterra Park guarantees the booking of a pitch or accommodation, but not the exact one.
Pitch bookings are for a minimum of 2 people.

The booking deposit will be refunded as follows: more than one month’s notice: 90% of the deposit will be refunded provided that it is notified 24 hours or more in advance of arrival. In case of cancellation for reasons of restrictions, up to 100% of the deposit can be refunded. In all cases, you may request to save 100% of the deposit to use it in another reservation until the end of next year.

The booking of a guest that does not arrive on the scheduled day will be maintained for 24 hours. After this time, it will be considered void, except in case of previous written notice.
