What’s new for the new year! Recapping an amazing 2023 and preparing for an exciting 2024!

The new year 2024 is starting and we want to make new resolutions. But first, we would like to make a summary of all the news and progress of this 2023.

First of all, we would like to highlight our ongoing commitment to the renovation of the campsite’s facilities. During the winter and spring of 2023, the last remaining sanitary block of the campsite has been renovated. Therefore, we now have 4 completely renovated sanitary blocks in line with the latest trends.

 

 

In addition, the large outdoor swimming pool has been renovated and the level of the pool has been raised and the tiles have been replaced. Thanks to this, we have managed to reduce the water consumption and to improve the water temperature control.

 

 

On the other hand, given the high demand for our entertainment activities, we have expanded our programme by incorporating new activities such as dancing with drumsticks, flamenco and step classes. These three now join our extensive annual entertainment programme with activities for children, teenagers and adults.

And of course, we continue with all the sports activities such as taichi, aquagym, yoga or Latin dances that favour the maintenance of a healthy lifestyle so that you don’t lose the rhythm of your training during the holidays.

 

 

To finish with 2023, we would like to highlight all the new developments in sustainability. The most important of this year has definitely been the accreditation in S of tourism sustainability that we have acquired thanks to our continued commitment to our sustainability plan through which we have implemented electric trolleys for the mobility of our employees, solar panels to reduce energy consumption or the new recycling points scattered throughout the campsite.

Another highlight was our “1m2 per field, forest and mountain” rubbish collection day, thus contributing to the reduction of “litter”. During this day the workers of Bonterra Resort managed to remove a total of 12Kg of packaging, 3Kg of paper and cardboard, 6Kg of glass and 10Kg of other waste.

In addition, in the last month, we have implemented four electric charging points for our clients’ cars, which will be set up very soon so that all our clients will have charging points within our facilities.

Regarding our intentions for 2024, as we have already announced, since the beginning of November, we have started with the renovation works of the new accesses to the campsite and the future reception. Since the opening of the campsite, the access area to the campsite has been located on Avinguda Barcelona, but soon, our main access will be located on Carrer Joan Fuster.

The aim of these works is to widen the access to Bonterra Resort for the major comfort of our clients, in addition to the incorporation of new green areas. But we will not only have the new reception, from Bonterra Resort we have listened to your requests and therefore, in this new area, we will have new facilities of which you will soon have news, stay tuned to our social networks.

 

 

In addition, we have recently started the installation of new pellet heaters in all our north facing villas, both jasmine and lavender. With this innovation, we want to ensure a warm stay for all our guests who enjoy the colder months of the year at Bonterra Resort. We also continue to maintain the popular excursions such as the trips to Valencia, the Vinaroz carnival, the visit to Peñíscola or Culla with its truffle tasting. In addition to the popular activities such as the Pool Party, the Spanish classes for foreigners or the cocktail tasting, among others.

 

Summing up what we have achieved in 2023 and what we foresee for 2024, it reflects our commitment to the well-being of our customers, our aim to improve our facilities and our environmentally friendly practices. Estancias mínimas

Consultar estancias mínimas de reserva según temporada.

Reservas

Las condiciones de reserva son las siguientes:

  • Alojamientos: 25% del importe total de la estancia al formalizar la reserva.
  • Parcelas: 25% del importe total de la estancia al formalizar la reserva.

El resto será abonado a la llegada. Las reservas se confirmarán cuando se reciba el depósito anteriormente mencionado.

Bonterra Resort se compromete a reservar un tipo de parcela o alojamiento, pero nunca uno en concreto.

Las reservas de parcelas se realizarán para un mínimo de dos personas.

Anulaciones

La devolución del depósito de la reserva se realizará como se detalla a continuación: con más de un mes antelación: 90% del depósito; entre 7 y 30 días de antelación: 50% del depósito; menos de 7 días de antelación: 0% del depósito.

Presentación

La reserva que no llegue el día previsto, se mantendrá durante 24 horas. A partir de este momento, la reserva se considerará nula, excepto previo aviso por escrito.

Booking conditions

Minimum stay
Please check minimum stay requirements depending on the season.

Bookings
Booking conditions are as follows:

  • Lodging: 25 % of total price on formalizing the booking.
  • Pitches: 25% of total price on formalizing the booking. The rest is to be paid on arrival.

Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of the above-mentioned deposit. Bonterra Resort guarantees the booking of a pitch or accommodation, but not the exact one. Pitch bookings are for a minimum of 2 people.

Cancellations

The refund of the booking deposit will be made as detailed below: more than one month in advance: 90% of the deposit; between 7 and 30 days in advance: 50% of the deposit; less than 7 days in advance: 0% of the deposit.

Arrival
The booking of a guest that does not arrive on the scheduled day will be maintained for 24 hours. After this time, it will be considered void, except in case of previous written notice.
