As you know, at Bonterra Resort we are constantly searching for and analysing the needs of our customers and, in our desire to ensure that you continue to be part of our daily life and that you can enjoy your stay knowing all the information that may be relevant to you, we will be publishing frequently the different updates about the campsite that may affect the stay of campers.

Below, we inform you about the news of the campsite during the month of May.

Repairs to the swimming pool

As we reported a couple of weeks ago, the pool was in urgent need of repair due to leaks in some cracks that were causing serious damage.

The works, which will take approximately one month, are proceeding correctly and in the first two weeks we have repaired the cracks, reinforcing and waterproofing the pool.

In addition, we have removed the crown or kerb to replace it with new material and this week we have already started work on the repositioning of the lining of the walls.

Hedge pruning on all the plots of the campsite

From Monday 22nd May our gardening and maintenance team will start the hedge trimming work on the pitches.

In order, we will start with the streets of the B area and as the days go by we will move up to the C and D streets.

We don’t know how long it will take but we will report on the progress of the pruning over the next few weeks.

Cleaning of accumulators in sanitary blocks

In order to follow the legal sanitary requirements of the Conselleria de Sanidad, we will proceed to the cleaning of water accumulators in the sanitary blocks, so they will remain closed according to the following schedule:

• Monday 29th May: closure of sanitary block 3 from 10.00 a.m. until 4.00 p.m.
• Tuesday 30 May: closure of sanitary block 4 from 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
• Wednesday 31 May: closure of sanitary block 2 from 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.

Conference on emergency assistance for people with disabilities in tourism

Our team is taking part in conferences on Emergency Assistance for People with Disabilities in Tourism, organised by the Generalitat Valenciana and Turisme Comunitat Valenciana.

This cycle is made up of different conferences which we attend every Friday in May.

Our campsite is accessible and is adapted with services and accommodation for customers with disabilities or reduced mobility and is involved in all training and workshops that can improve our services to this type of customers.
