QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT POLICY
BONTERRA RESORT, with more than 55 years of history, offers accommodation and catering services for camping guests. We are located in an area of high tourist value, in the heart of Benicàssim and just 500 metres from the best beaches on the Costa Azahar.
Our establishment maintains a leading position within our sector in Europe, thanks to the high quality of our facilities and services, and above all thanks to the ability of our entire team to listen to and understand our stakeholders, in order to respond with tangible actions and strategies as quickly as possible.
As part of this commitment, all our actions are governed by a ‘Quality and Environmental Management Policy’ aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) based on the following principles:
1. Implement and maintain a management system in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, Qualitur Q, Tourism Quality Commitment in Destinations (SICTED) and Sustainability S, in order to continuously improve its effectiveness.
2. Establish, maintain and improve processes whose proper development and control contribute to guaranteeing our stakeholders in accordance with ethically correct standards, procedures and regulations, in order to obtain the best results in terms of hospitality.
3. Maintain a conduct of permanent compliance with the legal requirements applicable to our activity, and other requirements to which the organisation has voluntarily subscribed.
4. Promote environmental conservation with our stakeholders through the continuous updating of procedures, in order to minimise environmental impacts, prevent pollution and optimise the management of natural resources. Raise awareness among both internal and external staff of appropriate environmental behaviour through training in good environmental practices.
5. Promote appropriate behaviour in protected areas, nature reserves and beaches in our environment.
6. Fostering among our employees awareness and responsibility towards the needs and expectations of our stakeholders. Involving everyone, integrating new ideas and achieving a high degree of commitment that allows us to feel satisfied and proud, thus impacting our own well-being and that of our customers.
7. Providing ongoing training to all staff involved in our activities, improving their skills. Encourage the identification of opportunities for improvement, promote consultation, participation and active involvement of staff.
8. Allocate the necessary resources to achieve the objectives and goals approved within the framework of this policy and monitor them periodically, using the indicators established for this purpose, in order to ensure continuous improvement.
