Easy and comfortable holidays without barriers in a more accessible Bonterra

In Bonterra Park, we don’t stop working to improve our services and facilities in which you spend your holidays. We know that it’s necessary to listen your needs as clients in order to be able to give you the best offer so you can have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

If, until now, our facilities already had accessible services, this year we have kept working in projects to improve adaptability so our clients with reduced mobility can have a more comfortable and safer stay.

What accessible services there were until now in Bonterra Park?

During the last years, we have equipped our facilities with the following improvements:

  • 1 accessible villa and 1 accessible wooden chalet.
  • Adapted showers and WC in the toilet blocks.
  • Adapted WC in the restaurant.
  • Adapted chair to access the swimming pools.

What improvements have been made in the last months?

In order to keep improving our adapted services offer, during the past few months we have advanced and we keep working in the following refurbishments:

  • Extension to 2 adapted villas with all the accessibility measures.
  • Removing of steps in the wooden chalets.
  • Transformation of 3 pitches to accessibility conditions.
  • Special parking lots in reception and in the adapted lodgings.
  • Change of reception doors with automated opening.

We are aware of the needs of all our clients in our camping in Benicasim, and the accessibility is essential to facilitate the movements and the stay of anyone who need it.

We believe that the holidays must be easy, comfortable and without barriers for every client who visit Bonterra Park, and it’s our duty to make it possible.
